Q#1: Why is my order taking longer than expected?
A: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe (3 to 4 weeks), occasional delays may occur due to factors such as high shipping volumes, carrier delays, or customs processing. Q#2: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. For more details, refer to our Shipping Policy.


Q#3: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery at this time. Standard delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks after your order is processed.


Q#4: Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you have any concerns, please contact us at hello@bleuvelle.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.


Q#5: Can I modify or add products to my order after it’s placed?
A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or edited. If you’d like to purchase additional items, we recommend placing a new order.


Q#6: My order was canceled. What happened?

Q#7: Can I track my order?

Q#8: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@bleuvelle.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
